ISTRIA PENINSULA

Istria is a peninsula located in the south of Europe and in the north part of Adriatic Sea. Most of the its grounds belong to Republic of Croatia. Main cities are Pula, Koper, Rovinj, Pazin and Porec. Pure water, small and big gulfs, rocky and gravel costline of Kvarner gulf and Istria. It is like one huge beach. Romantic fishing harbours, medditerenian flora pine tree forests makes this place an ideal for relax and rest.

Istria borders with Slovenia and Italia on the sea. This peninsula is the most popular place to visit by forein turists. In Umag and Porec the best turist centres and resorts of whole Croatia are located. Most visitors arrive by cars but there is also a possibility to fly to Pula. There is also a good connection with air ports in Triest and Venece (Ryanair , Easyjet).
