The construction will use extremely high-quality materials, top-quality sound and thermal insulation, air quality monitoring in common areas using Senseir devices on each floor, every room in the apartment will be air-conditioned, every room equipped with high-quality parquet, first-class ceramic tiles in the bathroom and kitchen , stainless steel fence on the terraces, burglar-proof door at the entrance to the apartment, bathroom fully equipped for use, TV, satellite and internet connections in every room, external ALU-PVC openings with blinds, every room will be air-conditioned, etc. There is a possibility to choose parquet and ceramics as desired by the customer within the price range that the investor approves.

The reservation for the apartment is 5,000 euros, and the payment dynamics would be as follows:

20% when signing the preliminary contract
40% upon completion of rough construction works
20% upon completion of rough distributions (water, electricity) of internal installations in the apartment
20% upon signing the main contract
The investor is a legal entity and the buyer does not pay real estate sales tax.

The location of the building is in an attractive location, approximately 10 minutes' easy walk to the beach and the sea.

Construction is scheduled to begin in February 2023, and occupancy is scheduled for February 2025.
