External stairs lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms with access to the terrace and toilet. Access and parking are located at the back of the house, as well as outdoor parking for 2 cars. The total usable area is 60 m2 with two terraces with a total area of 30 m2.

There is a small garden full of Mediterranean plants.
