The house is entered from the north side on the mezzanine level, where there is one bedroom, bathroom and toilet. The stairs lead to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms. Both have access to a large terrace.

On the lower level of the house there is an open living area consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room. From the living room there is access to another spacious terrace protected from the sun and summer heat by pine trees.

From the terrace on the ground floor, stone-clad stairs lead down to the floor below, where there is a one-room guest suite.

The parking lot is located about 30 meters from the house, and there are about 200 steps to the beach. House comes with a boat mooring.
