Villa is located in a small town just 15 kilometers from Split which is known for its beautiful beaches and authentic gastronomy. The beaches hold many watersports and the scenic hills are perfect for hiking or cycling. Split is a short distance away where you will be able to enjoy the historical heritage sites or catch a ferry to surrounding Adriatic islands. Villa has 385 m2 of living space, divided into ground floor and first floor. The ground floor comprises a large modern kitchen, dining room, and living room and together with the games room have direct access to two garden terraces. The terrace offers a luxury pool, which comes with jets for anti-current swimming and heating, surrounded by an abundance of sunbathing space.
